Silk Naturals haul

Eh bien oui, j'ai encore craqué. Il faut dire que je ne porte pour ainsi dire que leurs rouge à lèvres tellement leur texture est agréable. Et contrairement à ceux que j'utilisais avant de connaître cette marque, je les finis! Aujourd'hui je vous présente donc mes derniers achats.

Another Silk Naturals haul, I know. To my defence I will say that I wear their lipsticks every day and that I love their moisturizing formulas. And contrary to those that I used to use before I heard about Silk Naturals, I actually finish them.

Il y a 5 rouge à lèvres et un blush crème.

There are 5 lipsticks and a cream blush.

 

Les deux premiers font partie des amplifying lip glazes, ce sont des gloss plus ou moins pigmentés selon les couleurs qui contiennent du menthol et sont censés avoir une action repulpante sur les lèvres. Ils sont extrêmement hydratants et en été l'effet coup de frais du menthol est très agréable.

 

The first two are amplifying lip glazes that is to say lipglosses more or less pigmented depending on the shade that contain menthol and are supposed to plump up your lips. They are super hydrating and the tingle of the menthol is particularly pleasant in the summer.

 

- believer : c'est un rose soutenu qui peut être presque transparent ou plus pigmenté avec deux ou trois passages

It's a berry pink that can be transparent or built up to more opacity.

 

- bustle : un beau corail.

A beautiful coral.

 

Les trois suivants sont des slick sticks. Ils ont la même formule que les précédents mais sans le menthol ni l'ingrédient repulpant.

The next three are slick sticks. They have the same formula as the preceding ones but without the menthol or the amplifying ingredient.

 

- briarwood : un neutre mais suffisamment soutenu pour ne pas donner

d'effet cadavre (au contraire, il donne bonne mine).

A neutral color but not too light meaning that you won't end up looking like a corpse.

 

- strawberry fields : un rouge transparent couleur fraise comme son nom l'indique.

A transparent strawberry red as the name suggests. Beautiful for summer and such a joyful color.

 

- Bloomfield : décrit comme un pêche sur le site c'est plus un corail tirant sur le rouge.

It's described as a peach on the site but in reality it is more of a corally-red.

 

- amuse est le seul blush de la bande. J'avais envie de tester cette formule mais je ne suis pas sûre qu'elle me convienne. Le côté positif c'est qu'il est transparent donc pas d'effet clown à redouter à moins d'avoir la main vraiment lourde mais appliqué sur un fond de teint minéral je trouve que ça a tendance à déplacer le maquillage et à favoriser les 'paquets'.

Amuse is the only blush I have ordered. I wanted to try out this formula but I am not sure it is for me. The positive side is that it is transparent so it's hard to overdo it but I find that applied on a mineral foundation it tends to drag the makeup and make it look cakey.
