Aujourd'hui un sujet très personnel : les tampons!
Today, I'm going to touch on a very personal subject: tampons!
Autant le dire, ce n'est le sujet favori de personne mais en même temps, on est toutes concernées à un moment ou à un autre non?
I don't think this is anyone's favorite subject but at the same time, we girls are all concerned at one point or another aren't we?
Je sais qu'il existe des coupes menstruelles type divacup (je ne suis plus très sûre du nom) mais je n'ai jamais essayé et j'avoue que le concept... ne me séduit pas beaucoup, pour l'instant en tous les cas. En effet, comment faire pour utiliser une coupe quand on travaille toute la journée? Ca ne me semble pas très pratique. Si vous utilisez une coupe laissez-moi un commentaire, j'aimerais vraiment apprendre de votre expérience!
I know that there are menstrual cups on the market such as the divacup (not too sure about the name) but I have never tried them as I am not very tempted by the concept (also, how do you use it when you work all day?, it does not seem too practical to me). Please feel free to comment on that if you do use a mentrual cup, I'd love to hear about your experience!

Vous allez me dire, franchement un tampon en coton bio ou pas bio, ça ne change rien. Et bien si. En effet les tampons conventionnels sont blanchis à l'aide de chlore dont les résidus sont encore présents dans le tampon. Et moi je préfère ne pas avoir de chlore à cet endroit-LA... pas vous? Et je ne vous parle même pas des résidus de pesticides....
You probably think that whether the cotton used for the tampon is organic or not is irrelevant right? Wrong. Conventional tampons are bleached using chlorine and this chemical leaves some residue in the tampons. I don't know about you but I would rather avoid getting chlorine THERE if you see what I mean. And I'm not even talking about pesticide residues...
Ceux-là sont faciles à insérer (il en existe avec applicateur en carton, c'est plus facile à utiliser quand on n'est pas chez soi). On en trouve chez de nombreux marchands sur le net, là ou encore ici ou là.
These are easy to insert (they have some with a cardboard applicator that are easier to use when you're out and about). They are widely available on the net here, there or here.
